Finally! We closed on Friday and spent the entire weekend just cleaning the house and making minor repairs. I was able to get off work early yesterday and managed to take three truck loads of boxes to the new house, unassisted (woohoo, girl power). Our plan is to get most of the little stuff there over the next two weeks and be completely moved in by the end of November!
My sister Megan came by and took some really great pictures. She really is a fantastic photographer.

Brody is already climbing the massive pecan trees in our yard.
Ooh pecan trees, how I love thee! However, the naughty squirrels have already stolen their bounty for the year.
I have a feeling it is going to be war between the squirrels and I next fall.
