Anywho, that’s where I found this fantastic new website, Pattern Runway. It is a baby website as it has only been up for a year but I can tell this girl has some MAJOR talent and I wish she would post more! Her about me page is empty, (as is mine) but I’m guessing she’s a pretty talented pattern maker.
She provides some free patterns and some patterns she offers for sale at her Etsy store, Pattern Runway on Etsy, for great prices.
I’m a beginning sewer so I don’t know if these patterns would be to ambitious for me, but I’m definitely going to give it a shot. I think I’m going to start out with this pattern, which by the way, you get for free for signing up for her newsletter:

This dress would be so versatile and could be made with some fantastic patterned fabric!
I’ve gushed enough, so go by her blog and store and check her stuff out. I havent even shown her most fantastic patterns. She also offers step by step instructions with photographs to help us Newbies along. I really hope she sticks with this because I will be following her for years to come!
